What is the typical shipping timeframe for my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, international shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Do you offer a warranty on your lighting fixtures?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on all our products. This covers manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal usage conditions. Please contact our support team with your order number to initiate a claim.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging and unused condition for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the light bulbs included with the fixtures?
