At Vakkerlight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the item for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
